Refunds Policy
Only refunds requested within 30 days of purchase for release versions will be considered.
Please send a mail directly to Moth Software or via the Support section.
When contacting Moth Software you will need:
- The serial numbers purchased.
- Your mailing address.
- A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded.
Your request will typically be processed within 28 days of receipt of this claim. The appropriate Credit Card account will be refunded.
