Lost the Serial Number?
If you lost your serial number you can get it back easily. Go to the eSellerate support page. Then follow the instructions.
- If you have lost your serial number you most likely also lost your order number. To get your serial number back you need your order number first. Enter your email address and click on the button "E-mail order history". You will receive a list of ALL your orders with eSellerate. Look through this mail for the part regarding Moth Software.
- Enter your email address again and additionally the order number. Then click "Submit".
- In the next screen you only need to click on "click here" and you are done.
