Using Mail Archiver X is quite easy:

Use the toolbar to control most of the application.

Select from where to archive, what to archive, how to clean it and how to store it in the Setup.

Choose your mail application to archive from.

Choose options to automate the selection of mailboxes and to restrict the archival of mails by date.

Choose one of the export formats (Filemaker, MBOX, MySql, PDF, Text, Valentina, xml).

Click in the toolbar on Archive and select the mailboxes to archive.

View the archived mails in the Mail Browser.
